The company Mammen Mejeri A/S consists of Mammen Dairy and Drosbro Dairy. The Mammen Dairy produces mostly yellow cheese types such as Danbo, Samsø and Havarti, whilst the Drøsbro Dairy primarily produces blue cheese types and white cheese. The two dairies currently have about 70 employees and produce about 11.000 tonnes of cheese annually.

We produce cheese for both the domestic and the international market. Our mission is to produce and sell cheese of unique quality, a quality which is achieved through a mix of old craft traditions and the newest and most innovative production methods.
