Mammen Mejeri A/S took over Drøsbro Dairy in 2004. This has been renovated and expanded from 2000 m² to 5000 m² with a new osteria, storage area and packing area. The history of the Drøsbro Dairy can be traced all the way back to 1887, when the Drøsbro Dairy Cooperative was established. This dairy was taken over by Mejeriselskabet Denmark (later MD foods/Arla Foods), which ran it until 1987. In May 2004, Mammen Mejeri A/S bought the dairy from Arla Foods.
